T.O.C. SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY 4/16 AT 12 NOON
THE 1st and 2nd Place WINNERS FROM JAN, FEB, MARCH 2024 are all eligible for entry into the TOURNEY OF CHAMPS for 1st Quarter tourney winners.
This tourney WILL BE A D/E 1 PT TOURNEY FOR 10 TIX ENTRY FEE. IT WILL BE HELD 4/16/2024 AT 12 NOON In order to play in this, you must have taken 1st or 2nd place in a tournament during the 1st quarter of 2024.
1st place winner will receive 30 added tix from webs, and 2nd place winner will receive 15 added tix from webs. This is in addition to the normal tourney payouts.
Note: IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR NAME, YOU MUST CHANGE IT BACK TO MATCH WHAT IS POSTED HERE IN ORDER TO PLAY IN THE TOURNEY

According to the statutes of most states in the United States, gambling is defined as: "risking something of value upon the outcome of a contest of chance". (Also see No Gambling!). The skill (as opposed to chance) is predominant in games of skill. Playing games of skill for $prizes, therefore, has nothing to do with gambling as it is not a contest of chance -- the more skillful player will win far more often. The chance element of a 'gamble' is either insignificant or missing. When players compete in tournaments or games of skill for $prizes -- it is "competitive entertainment" rather then "gambling". The more skilled winner will always win more matches, tournaments and $prizes.
